From the 1996 harvest, this wine was chosen and this Reserve was made up in numbered 0.75 bottles. Vinified with the best varieties in the region, aged in French Oak wood and later in the bottle itself. Wine with noble character from the Alentejo, soft flavor with light and pleasant acidity, constant with a tenuous sensation of alcoholic heat, very little adringing. It is recommended to be served at room temperature, or when in winter at a temperature not lower than 18ºC.
The Producer
Founded in 1955, Adega de Borba was the first in a series of wineries established in Alentejo. Currently, it brings together 300 associated winegrowers who cultivate around 2,000 hectares of vineyards, distributing 70% red grape varieties and 30% white grape varieties. Always looking to reinforce the quality of its products, Adega de Borba has an ambitious project to bring the winegrower closer to the winery, instilling in him the passion to make great wines.
