From the 1989 harvest and first V.Q.P.R.D. This wine was chosen from the demarcated area of Borba and this Reserve was made into numbered 0.75 bottles.
Vinified with the best grape varieties in the region, it aged in French Oak wood, and later in the bottle itself.
Wine with noble Alentejo character, soft in flavor with a slight and pleasant acidity, contrasting with a faint sensation of alcoholic warmth and very little accentuated astringency.
It is recommended that it be served at room temperature, or, in winter, at a temperature not lower than 18ºC.
